Resume (Synopsis)

Objective. To establish great relationships with great people and create things never seen before.

Marketing Blurb. If a picture is worth a thousand words, how much are ideas worth? Known as an idea guy, Scott combines his job experience as both a copywriter and a graphic designer to give clients functional and aesthetic products.

Job Title. Senior graphic designer. (Also known to be an art director, copywriter, photographer, production artist, painter, author and/or bicyclist.)

Experience. Over ten years experience working for some topnotch ad agencies, like TBWA/Chiat/Day the year they won “Ad Agency of the Year,” down to mom and pop shops. In general, Scott has been responsible for the concept, design and production of corporate identities, print ads and collateral, including the copywriting and assisting in broadcast art direction and production. Scott specializes in corporate identities (logo design) and retail and branding advertisement, primarily print but also broadcast. He also has designed thousands of collateral pieces (websites, brochures, direct mail, catalogues, annual reports, billboards, posters, etc.), and done numerous photographs, illustrations and photo retouching.

The San Francisco Chronicle, Nissan, Infiniti, Levi’s Jeans, Absolut Vodka, Macy’s, Mervyn’s, Aspect International Language Academies, Winning Directions (political marketing), Blue Shield of CA, Wells Fargo, Huffy Sports, FAO Schwartz, Amtrak, Disney, AT&T, Aramark, AOL, Culligan, Cost Cutters, American Heart Association, The Mills Corporation (mega malls), Marriott Hotels, The Animal Rescue League, Gardetto’s Snack Mix, Blommer Chocolate (the largest manufacture of chocolate in the world), the MS Society; plus another couple hundred entrepreneurs that you never heard of, including: fitness coaches, doctors, lawyers, restaurateurs, bankers, musicians, artists, programmers, &tc….

Curriculum: 41,444 KM bicycle tour of 50 countries. My goal was to cycle the circumference of the planet, a trial by fire to temper my character and discover the world.

I continue take classes in self-improvement, consciousness and art. The schools and curriculum no longer seem important to me, as I believe in taking my education into my own hands — I've learned more from life than I ever learned in a classroom.

Awards. Addy’s, et cetera, et cetera... Scott says, "I’ve lost track of how many awards I’ve won; because I realized that award-winning ads didn't help my client's business succeed, nor did it measure my happiness in the process."
